SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We offer free shipping on all orders Prepaid & COD. However certain cases we may levy COD fees on COD orders, details of which are shown at the checkout.
  2. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working days. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days following the dispatch. Orders are not shipped on local/national holidays.
  3. If we are experiencing any restrictions at specific state/pin-code, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In rare cases, shipments may have to be cancelled due to non-coverability of the pin-code.
  4. Cancellation: We are unable to cancel orders once they have been scheduled for pick up by our delivery partner. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  5. Return shipment: Our delivery partners will only accept PERCH articles that are returned in their original condition with original packaging. Please do not include any other items in the package as these could violate shipping regulations. Please read Returns, Cancellation & Exchange Policy for more information on this.
