RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 A. RETURNS

  1. 1.      Hassle-free returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery, even for items on sales. Items must be unused, unworn, and have tags intact.

    2.      You can generate return/exchange requests from your account. If you face any issues, you may feel free to reach out at support@perchofficial.com  or call us at 8860000169. We would love to help!

    3.      To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with tags tagged in original place, and in its original packaging.

    4.      Refunds: For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment source. For COD orders, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account details you share. Refunds are transferred on the pick-up day itself. In rare cases, it is processed within 7 days of receiving shipment in the warehouse.

    5.      INR 99 fee applies for return pickup service for both Prepaid & COD orders (99 from 20th October, earlier it was 180/150 for COD & Prepaid respectively). This is to compensate the logistics partners for their pick-up services. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case you wish to not avail this service, you may courier the products to our warehouse- we’ll inspect the products within 7 days and barring the cases of defect/damage/incorrect items, we’ll refund full amounts.

    6.      If your pin code falls outside our pick-up service area (rare case), you will need to self-ship the return item (using a reliable courier partner). This is subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end. In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us.     7.      Defective, incorrect, damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. You must record a video of opening a package and share the video to support@perchofficial.com

    8.      While we run verification mechanisms to ensure that correct number of items are shipped, we understand that leakage/frauds could happen in transit. Please create a video of opening the package specially in case items are more than one and share it with us at  contact@perchofficial.com in case any item is found missing. We shall not be responsible for any missing item if such video is not shared with us within 48 hours of the first delivery of package.  

    CANCELLATIONS

1. Cancellations can be done if and till the order has not been dispatched from our location. We are not able to cancel once we have handed over the goods to our courier partners.
