RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 A. RETURNS

  1. ​​We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery.
  2. You can generate return/exchange requests from your account. If you face any issues, you may feel free to reach out at contact@perchofficial.com  or call us at 8860000169. We would love to help!
  3. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with tags tagged in original place, and in its original packaging.
  4. Your return’s payment will be processed by up to 7 days from receipt of product in the warehouse. The actual average time is 1-2 days right now though.
  5. If your pin code falls outside our pick-up service area (rare case), you will need to self-ship the return item (using a reliable courier partner). This is subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end. In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us.   6. We also provide reverse pick up service. Each reverse pick up shall cost Rs. 120 per shirt. In case of return where COD was the original payment mode, COD fees charged, if any, shall not be refunded.
  7. Products offered in Flash Sale or any sale wherein discounts of more than 40% was applicable shall not be eligible for returns. However, exchange of size shall be available.
  8. Sizes in exchange are subject to availability.
  9. In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 48 hours of delivery at contact@perchofficial.com. You are required to send us a video of opening the package wherein the product should be clearly visible. 
  10. While we run verification mechanisms to ensure that correct number of items are shipped, we understand that leakage/frauds could happen in transit. Please create a video of opening the package specially in case items are more than one and share it with us at  contact@perchofficial.com in case any item is found missing. We shall not be responsible for any missing item if such video is not shared with us within 48 hours of the first delivery of package.  

B. CANCELLATIONS

1. Cancellations can be done if and till the order has not been dispatched from our location. We are not able to cancel once we have handed over the goods to our courier partners.
